Welcome to Saratoga Cabins!

We hope you have an amazing time visiting our area.
Please note, we are on a septic system. ONLY toilet paper can be flushed.
Trash bins are next to the blue house. Please do not leave open food in the cabins.

Absolutely,
NO SMOKING/VAPING, in the cabins. A $250 fee will be charged if we find evidence of smoking inside the cabin. You can smoke outside, but please be mindful and make sure cigarettes/cigars are fully extinguished and picked up.

SMOKING:

All our rooms are non-smoking, as is the lodge itself, including all areas around the house. Also no candles or incense please. We can direct you to outdoor locations where you may smoke. If you smoke in your room there will be a $250 cleaning charge.


Parking:

There is 1 parking spot per cabin, if you need a 2nd please ask and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Please, do not park in Andy’s Adirondack Grille parking lot. 


COMMUNICATIONS:

We offer phones with voice mail and free calling in all guest rooms and you are welcome to give our phone number as a contact point. Cellphone coverage inside is not reliable. We offer complimentary WiFi throughout the lodge.


MINIMUM STAY:

A two-night minimum stay is required for booking on-line. A three-night minimum stay is required for some holiday weekends.


CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

Check-in time is 4 PM to 9 PM. You can drop off luggage etc. earlier than 4 PM or arrive later than 9 PM - please just call ahead to let us know. Check-out time is 11 AM.


DEPOSITS:

When you book, a 50% deposit will be charged to your credit card.


CANCELLATIONS and CHANGES:

If your travel plans change and you must cancel or change your reservation: Call or email us at least 14 days prior to your arrival date (60 days if the entire lodge is booked for the same event) for a cheerful refund of your deposit less a $20 service charge per room booked. If you call or email less than 14 days (or 60 days as noted above), not including the day of arrival, we will be pleased to use your deposit to confirm another stay for you (of at least the same duration) within 60 days of your planned arrival date.
